Wholesale Policy

Firstly, thank you so much for considering to partner with us to carry PawzNDogz products in your store. PawzNDogz wholesales its high quality, professionally made products to pet stores all across Canada. We are open to partner with businesses in the pet industry.
 
Order Process
  • We accept orders by Request for Quotes (RFQ) on our “Become our Retailer” page, email, phone and our social media channels

  • Once a wish list has been shared, we shall share a quote for the product cost and the shipping cost to the store / destination address

  • If the quote is accepted, then we shall generate the invoice and share it soon after

  • Once we receive the payment, we shall initiate the shipping within 1-3 business days

 
Shipping Rates
  • We shall quote the shipping fee basis the box size that would be used for the packaging based on the wish list shared

  • The shipping fee is inclusive of HST / GST / PST

  • We also accept prepaid shipping labels as well for your shipment

 
Payment Options
  • We accept payments by Credit / Debit / PayPal / E-transfer / AfterPay

 
Payment Terms
  • All invoices’ terms are DUE ON RECEIPT from the date of issue, unless approved for special cases

  • All invoices shall be valid for a maximum 10 days from the date of issue

 
Transaction Fees
  • All orders paid via credit / debit and PayPal payment channels shall attract a transaction fee of 2.99%

  • For payments via e-transfer, the transaction fee shall be waived.

 
Tracking your Order
  • All orders are delivered via registered couriers / Canada Post to ensure the safety of the order. The tracking number shall be shared with our buyers via email, once the shipping has been initiated.

 

  • All orders shall be shipped via one of the following carriers using standard shipping (3 – 7 business days) unless specially requested for Express:

    • Canada Post (Regular)

    • Fedex

    • UPS

    • Purolator

    • Canpar

 

  • The delivery times stated above, are estimated and may vary during the weekends and holiday seasons

 
Pick Up
  • We provide free pick up as well. Kindly send us an email or text us in advance to coordinate the pick up

 
Order Concerns / Delivery Issues
  • Customer Service is of utmost importance to us! As part of our quality control measures, we always hand check our products thoroughly before shipping but sometimes things might not go as planned. Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, in case you have any issues with your order and we shall jump in to resolve the issue.

  • Kindly ensure that you provide us with accurate shipping details during the acceptance of the quote. We initiate the shipping process within 1-3 business days post payment of the invoice. In case you have erroneously filled any of the delivery information, kindly write back to orders@pawzndogz.ca ASAP with the Order number / Invoice number to rectify the information.

  • We shall ship the order to the delivery address provided in the quote / invoice and we would not be able to make any changes to the shipping information, once a tracking number has been generated nor process refunds under such circumstances

  • Once the shipment has been collected and accepted by the carrier, it becomes a property of the customer. Any issues in the shipment must be directed towards the concerned carrier.
